A nurturing and healing practice for the mind, body and soul. With the use of various props, poses are fully supported with as little effort as possible, promoting deep relaxation.
Poses are complimented by Pranayama (breath work) to enter into a sustained restorative calm that will leave you as refreshed as a day at the spa!
